I'm 28 years old, I've been married for 10 years & have a 9 year old daughter & 5 year old boy! I live in Kansas & I work night shift in a nursing home.
I started weight watchers this past Tuesday so this is my 3rd day, it's going well so far! I'm super excited to find this site because support & accountability is always what helps me the most.
I look forward to finding not only weight loss tips, support & ideas, but I hope to gain some new friendships!!!

There are different diets and different exercises and all kinds of stuff
Check out the "Chicks up for a challenge" subforum.....I find it particularly motivating....there are different challenges you can participate in! Lots of support!
I've been using Weight Watchers since April of 2007. I've found it to be such a sustainable program, and I hope you do, too.
There are many places you might like to check out. There's the 20-somethings, and there's a WW section under Diet Central. There are challenge areas, and areas of interests, and an Exercise section.

I just wanted to stop by and say that I'm here for the duration. I'm joining weight watchers tomorrow (1/10/09). This will be my 2nd attempt at WW, the first one went ok until I hit a speed bump, then I got frustrated and quit. I'm determined to make it this time. I also have a daughter who is overweight and it scares me, so I'm doing this for both of us.
