Hi everyone! My name is Jessica and Im a 24 year old mom to Wyatt (4) and Alyssa (1 in 6 days). Im trying to lose about 40lbs. Ive lost all my baby fat from my pregnancy, but still am overweight. A Csection this last pregnancy also killed my stomach so Im doing pilate abs to work on that. Im starting school full time this coming Monday as well so maybe that will help not to munch mindlessly anymore. Cant wait to meet everyone
There are plenty of sections around 3FC that you may want to check out. There's the 20-somethings, there are challenge areas, sections for different interests, and a Diet Central section to connect with others following similar plans. Post wherever you're comfortable.

Im going to be majoring in electroneurodiagnostics program. Basically sleep studies. I hope I dont get too overwhelmed though. My advisor gave me more classes then I wanted but if I dont take them this semester, I cant take them again for a year then would be behind the class
I find that being organized helps so much. If you are home on Sundays, you might consider cooking up a bunch of chili, soups, hardboiled eggs, roasting veggies, etc., and that way you have healthy dinners that are quick and easy during the week.
