I'm Talisia, or Tali for short. (This is one of my pen names actually, though nothing is published under it yet.) And yes I know I'm young at 22 but I balloned after my husband asked for a divorced and then divorced me. I used to be fit, was on swim team and in the military. That's how we met actually and we've been seperated (still not divorced he wants alimony even though he was the one supporting me) for 2 years and I feel terrible that I've balloned as much as I did. I'm down to 200 now but I had been up to 220. Well... I want to get down at least to a size 8 or a size 6. I know that for my height and frame that a good weight for me is 136. Well... that's a bit about me! I hope to find encouragement and friends, even if it's only online friends ^_^ Thanks for reading.

Of course you can do this.... I have been over weight my whole life and never really active, and i LOVEEEEEEEE food. and even I can do it!!! it's all about finding what works for you, and of course, the 3fc chicks kickin your but when you need it
Thanks everyone and no I don't have a specific plan yet. I'm restricted on what I can do for exercise due to a medical complication from time in the service. So yea... I'm kinda at a loss, I'll check out the 20 somethings for sure and the Diet Center.
Sorry I disappeared right after I joined but life got really hecktive and I ended up gaining a few more pounds. >.< I balloned up to a size 24 but i'm proud to say since returning home to my parents house in June of Last year. (Which I never thought I'd do) I've become more active and am happy to report I am now down to a size 16! I never thought I'd be happy to see myself at a size 16 but I'm estatic. I'm trying to do better and look forward to talking more within the community here and becoming significantly more involved than the first time i was here. I'm taking better care of my health now and have kinda settled into being the housemom at home since both my parents work almost 60-80 hours a week and i help take care of my youngest brother now. Anyways, hope to see everyone around!
