I just want to quickly introduce myself. My name is Liz and I was a regular here a couple of years ago. I got down to my goal weight and then got pregnant. I had my daughter in June and since I am not breastfeeding have had a hard time losing this baby weight...so I am back and ready to start losing again!!!

Welcome back Liz. I'm new here, but everyone makes me feel so welcome I think I've been here for years. Are you going to post your current height and weight and also what was your original weight?
