Hello. I am new to this whole forum posting stuff, but chose this site for the support and any new ideas or even tried and true ideas for weightloss and to finally be able to fit into that black dress I have yet to buy. I am doing this for myself, so I can feel more confident and be proud of a very tough lifestyle change, and to hopefully one day be able to get pregnant. I have so far lost 10lbs which took 3 months (starting in Jun '08). I have had some health issues that have gotten in the way of my progress, but I am now able to get back on the horse and go at it full speed!

Also, regarding health issues... you may want to check out the Dieting With Obstacles forum where you might be able to find a couple others who are dealing with the same health issues as you are or at least some support with others who have had various struggles get in the way of their weight loss
