Hey,
I feel like I keep posting all over. Just lettin' everyone know I'm new and looking forward to having help this time around. I have been up and down the scale and have got to get back down the scale again. Most I have ever weighed is 230 from there went down to 140. From 140 I have gained over the course of ten years and I am now up to 194. I DO NOT want to hit the two hundred mark so I want to implement a plan NOW, to stop the spiral that already is. I beleive I can do it here with the help from this sight. I joined 3FC because it reminds me of my mother and her sisters, all of whom are over weight.

Hey! Well i've finally decided to get back on track again. I've done turbo jam before but had to stop because i get sore knees. Has anyone had this problem ? My goal is to loose 35 pounds by february..Is it possible? It will be my first day back tomorrow, so i will keep you posted.

I'm always glad when new people find this site, really it is SO HELPFUL! Having a family of support and motivation is so wonderful. Plus everyone on the site is here for the same reason... our health and weight, so we understand what you're going through.. even if its just that last 5 lbs or 300. I believe everyone can make their dreams come true... its really mind over matter, and finding the thing that is going to help you stick to your diet, or plan!
