Talking A new start after a looooong stall
Hey there!

My name is Kat, and I successfully lost 60 pounds since last September to June of this year. Then, for 3 months....nada. I gave up for a bit. and....I have unfortunately gained 10 back. SOOO now i am renewed and giving it another go, to hopefully finally reach my goal. So far, 3 weeks in, not a pound will budge, but I'm trying not to give up. Stubborn greedy body, holding onto to it....UGH! I have lurked on and off on this site and finally decided to jump in. I look forward to a successful journey with all of you!

I think it's amazing that you stopped at gaining 10 pounds. I somehow slipped on 50 without noticing.
