Sounds like you have a great start. The key, for me, was realizing that this isn't a "diet"...it's a lifestyle change, and that motivation was WAY less important than commitment. Motivation comes and goes. It waxes and wanes depending on what is going on in our lives. You CANNOT depend on motivation to get you through this journey. Really!
The ONLY thing, in my experience, that will get you through is commitment. If you decide...REALLY decide...to make a change in your diet and exercise for life, making good choices for good and maintaining your weight gets a lot easier. We have groups by age range, by eating plan, and all kinds of smaller miscellaneous clubs, so find a spot and settle in.
