Hey I'm Ally and I've already started my goal to a healthier me, but I am looking for a place that I can talk to and share support!

I'm 22 and on August 25 I started to change my exercise and eating habits.

I started at 140lbs and now I'm down to 128.4 lbs. My goal weight is to be at 120lbs.

I can't wait to meet everyone!!

Well, naturally I hate you because you're so close to your goal (j/k). Good job and congrats! You are close to losing 10% of your body weight which has several known health benefits. Keep up the good work and God bless.

Good for you for getting the weight off now. Making healthy lifestyle changes is the best way of taking it off and keeping it off.
