Hi, I'm Nikki. I've started WW about four weeks ago. My first week I lost 7.8 pounds, my second nothing and last week down .8 I'm hoping to have a -3 on the scale when I weigh in today. I've done WW before the first time losing over 30 pounds....guess what? I put it all back on and then some. I'm hoping to lose 38 pounds and this place looks like an awesome spot for support. I'm so glad I found this place....
Hey there! I also did WW once and did great at it. I went back after having my daughter and just couldn't motivate myself. I still point count and between that, working out, and this page - I hope to loose 25 pounds by Jan 15th. Good luck today!
Like JamieJo, I did really well on WW once. The second time around... not so good. I think I'm always looking for a new trick. It's an excellent program.
