Thumbs up The newest newbie :)

I love this site. LOVE IT. I am so glad I stumbled across it... or rather... clicked across it. I am a stay at home mom, married a man in the Air Force. I have been on and off weight watchers for about 4 years now. Each time I do wonderful, lose some weight, and then go on vacation, or have a WEEK of a holiday... hmm... not how it's suppose to work I'm sure. I always fall off the wagon, and then have a heck of a time jumping back on. But I've been back on since Thursday of this past week, and am determined to do this. I am determined to beat myself at my own game. I am the only one bringing myself down, I can do this!
So hello, I'm Kami

Hey there, Kami!

You've learned one of the important lessons of weight loss...it isn't the getting OFF plan that hurts you, it's the trouble getting BACK ON! But...with determination, if you really -decide- that you're going to stick to it, you'll figure it out...you take whatever off-plan eating you may have done, look at what might have triggered it or caused it, and then move on and get back on track.

We have a great Weight Watchers forum here, so head on over and check it out. We also have support groups by age range, or some miscellaneous support clubs, or challenges, so really, look around, find a spot or many, and get going.

I'm really glad you stumbled onto us to! Keep posting and stick with it!
