hi everyone,

i'm kinda new here. I joined briefly in spring 2007 in anticipation for my Aug 2008 wedding. However, my goals were too lofty for what ended up being an extremely stressful and emotionally devastating time for me. I am married now, but I am just now getting the other pieces of my life back together, which also means I have started going to the gym again after what seems like a year absence. Hopefully, I will stay committed to my goals once again. I bought new running shoes yesterday and I'm uber excited about them. So i guess that's it for now. take care everyone.
