Ive been up and down for years! (mostly up!). Two years ago I joined Jenny Craig and lost 30 lbs. I got pregnant after that and ended up gaining 28...not bad, except that after I had my bundle of joy I kept gaining! So here I am, 40 lbs heavier than I was pre-baby, and 10lbs heavier than I've been in my life!
I have PCOS so I don't know if that pre-disposes me to weight gain. I have nearly no self control and I hate exercising. I really envy joggers and would love to join them one day. any suggestions would be great.
i recently joined a pretty hard diet program (HMR- ever heard of it??). I can have 5 high protein shakes, a frozen meal, one fruit, and three veggies... I've lost some weight, but my problem is skipping what Im supposed to eat and eating what I want but in moderation! not good so early on! so I'm here for support and to once and for all letting go of all this fat!
I'm new too, but I just wanted to say welcome anyway. I know what you mean by in regards to self control and exercising!
After surfing the forums here the past two days, I've found a new exercise program and new diet that I think I can reasonably stick with, and am really excited for the first time about losing weight.
I'm sure you'll find everything you're looking for and more here as well
welcome... I just joined yesterday and it sounds like you and I are on the same road... Im getting ready to do the Cabbage Soup diet starting Sunday I think... Its just so I can kick start my weight loss... Then I will cont' watching calories and working out 6 days a week... I hear if you do the cabbage soup diet that you can lose up to 15lbs in a week... Which is the motivation I need to start... Im still exercising right now until I start... But If you are wondering about the soup... you should look it up online... You dont just eat the soup...
