Talking New girl on the blog!!!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I stumbled on this site by searching for the
Fit Bars. I'm glad I found 3FC. Those sound like a waste of money. I'm sure they do work, but like I have read, there are other things that will do the same thing and not cost so much.

I am big on sweets. Any suggestions how to kick them????

my best guess is a detox...not the kind where you fast...but the kind where you eat only clean foods, and almost eliminate your carb intake. after 2 weeks you should be able to start eating healthy carbs again with out having terrible cravings. (not that you won't still sometimes want sweets).

*Good* sugar is a good deterrent for bad sugar

I eat a lot of fruit and also treat myself to 100% fruit sorbets I also think getting on a plan where you are eating clean helps tremendously. After a while, they won't have the same effect on you

Welcome to the boards!

I found that i dont crave the sweets or other junk as long as i folow a healthy diet, im sure everyone doesnt have it that easy.. my biggest problem is my boyfriend likes to bring me stuff like pizza, chips, candy, and i ask him why the **** would he bring me crap when he knows how hard i am trying to lose and his reply to that is "i know you like it" DUH!! My god, i duno what the **** he is thinking! I sometimes wonder if he wants to keep me fat!

Anyway.. another thing that really helped me i think is spirulina, i got that at ************** too, it is dxn brand and it seems like it is very good, supposed to help in fat loss too and detox your system from all the crap you put into it for years n years.. i think it has really helped alot, so that along with watching every little thing i eat.. i find if i eat one bad food like chips, BAM instant cravings for more crap! That really does amaze me, the body wants what is NOT good for it! They made us WRONG!

I guess one of my biggest problems is my husband too. He loves to cook and eat and thinks I'm fine just the way I am. He knows how bad I want to lose weight again, and just doesn't really help me out. I need to realize that I have to do it no matter what. I started drinking water this a.m. instead of coffee and by 2:00 had a horrible headache. One of the doctors I work with told me to taper off coffee, so I broke down and drank one cup. Next time at the grocery store, I'm going to stock up on fruits and veggies for snacks.
NO SUGAR!!!!

I can't PM you yet to find out the big secret word, but as soon as I can I will.
Can't figure it out on my own.
