Hello all,
I'm from Port Clinton -- a tourist town halfway between Cleveland and Toledo. I'm doing the calorie counting thing - - with an emphasis on choosing whole grain, healthier carbs and lean proteins. Hopefully, that will be enough to help me avoid the family curse - -Type 2 Diabetes.
I figure I have between 80 and 100 pounds to lose. Depending on which website I go to, my ideal weight is anywhere between 114 lbs - 140 lbs. At this point, I'll be overjoyed to just get back under 200 lbs.
