Post Im new-advice anyone?!

Hello,
I am trying to loose 10 more pounds and i seem to be staying in the same spot for weeks now, still dieting. any tips to help move the process along? Also, what does this site help with, and do you have any advice on how to use this site to my advantage? thank you!

Start lifting weights!! There's a thread on weight resistance/weight lifting that offers a bit of help. You won't bulk up but you will increase the amount of muscle in your body -- which increases your metabolism. Check it out!
