I'm so disappointed! Got on the scale Saturday morning and I still weigh 195!!!
My clothes feel looser and I thought for sure I dropped a few more pounds. How disappointing!
But I know I can't let this get me down. That was one of the downfalls on my last diet. So I don't want to go backwards.
With adding more exercise to my routine, I am sure that will be a big factor in all this.
