I'm Karen, newbie from Dallas
I started a weight loss program 11 days ago and am doing great, have been using the FitDay journal but none of the online groups I had joined or lurked on have worked out that well, found this one last night and was inspired by a couple of the stories. Hope to get support here.

Current weight: 215,8
Height: 5'4"
I'm doing the You on a Diet program which has worked great for me so far.
I have been up and down for years, I even used to be a Weight Watchers leader.
