I'm 24. I've always been a 'fat girl'. I come from a 'fat family'. I've been going through some problems lately and I stress eat. I eat late at night so no one knows how much I eat. I've gone back from my hard earned 16 back to a 20. I don't have the money to do weight watchers and don't want to be on a program forever. I believe people can learn how to control their weight with proper choices and exercise. It's just hard to find the motivation or the will power.
hey Leigh, just wana say i totally hear ya. i just graduated from a nursing program and it is almost like the stress from it makes you become like your own patients. it is really grueling. i eat late at night too and like you i cant afford programs that i would like to because i am not earning yet.

Hello and welcome to 3FC! Exersice is a great help and eating healthy is as well. I believe that we can set goals and stick to them. Do join the 20s club. We have a lots of fun and this community supports each other to the end.
hey, it seems we have a lot in common. i know how you feel being already overweight, stressed, low on cash, and not having an outlet. also, i have wanted to move to TN since i was 15...i think i still will after college. hopefully we can help eachother to achieve our goals.
