Default Hi Everyone . . .
Hello everyone....I read about this site in People Mag....I thought it was too good to be true...I soooo need someone to talk to that's just like me...My friends are either in denial or they tell me I don't really have a problem...I was just told yesterday that I am Diabetic...Cholesterol is sky high, and Hypertension....My blinders are off...I'm scared to death...Dr. suggested Gastro bypass....I said no...I need to do this without surgery...I hope to learn from you all....Thank you for being here.....Cynthia

I took the liberty of moving your introduction to a thread of its own so that people will know you are here and drop by to say hello.

I'm also type II Diabetic and know exactly what a scarey diagnosis that can be . . . come on over and join us on the Diabetes Support forum. We have lots of great information available for the newly diagnosed and lots of ongoing support from people who totally understand how you are feeling.
