I'm 26 years old and trying for I hope the last time to have a healthy lifestyle. I have had weight problems pretty much for as long as I can remember. I'm taking my niece and nephew to Disneyland in 3 months, I want to lose 30 lbs before I go. Its a terrible feeling waiting in line for a ride, and the entire time you are worried if you will fit on the ride. You don't want to go through the embarrasment of having an employee tell you you can't ride or worse get stuck on the ride because you are to big. (honest happened at the fair last year) Any way this past week has been a real life opener for me. I realized I don't just want to lose 30lbs(although that my mini goal) I want to completely overhaul my way of eating and living.
you can do it trust me i just lost 21 pound in 3 weeks it's hard work but if you put your mind in to it can do it . just eat 6 time a day drink a lot of water .
1)breakfast
2) snack
3) lunch
4) snack
5) dinner
6) snack
for best result try not to eat anything heavy after 7 pm
