Hi, after hearing so many wonderful things about the people in this community I finally decided to join. Everyone seems so supportive of each other, and it seems like a great place. My dad and his family are all very overweight and have severe heart problems. When I was a senior in high school I started having severe migranes so my doctor started testing a lot of very heavy psychotropics to get them to go away. With their help I gained 45 pounds! I was always concerned given my family history but never really did anything about it. I found a gym I really like and have discovered the joys of eating organic and very healthy so I'm on my way to being healthier again! I'm really looking forward to being a member and making new friends on this wonderful forum!
