I want to change!!
After playing around with weight loss for the past few years, I am ready to make a change. I want to lose weight, but in the process, I want to have a healthy relationship with food (no more emotional eating or binge eating), lead an active lifestyle, and be the person that I know I was meant to be. I'm hoping that this forum will give me the support and motivation that I need, and I'm looking forward to being a member and sharing ideas with everyone.
