I don't remember eating an extra 15 pounds of food, but I must have because here I am. Having a daughter in the house who is weight and exercise concious is my motivation. My hub just retired and has learned how to cook, so he's supporting my efforts.
I'm on the Volumetrics thing, and it appears to be working.

Oh LIZZBEE . . . . . . so glad you found us. You will be glad you are getting at that little weight problem while it's only 15 pounds, Chickie.

We have a special forum called FEATHERWEIGHTS that you might want to have a look at and, although you really didn't mention your age, maybe you'd like one of our Age-related forums, also . . . I'm in Age 50+, but there is also one for 40-somethings, too.

We also have a pretty active Volumetrics Thread in the General Diet Plans Forum . . . so I'll hope to see you over there as well.

Anyway . . . have a good look around this very big place and just start posting wherever something catches your eye. You will always receive a welcoming wherever you visit.

Oh, my this is fun - I've never done a blog thing like this before.
I'm 52 yrs old, so I'll check out the 50+ forum. And as far as being categorized as a "featherweight", I think I will let that be my ego boost for the day!
