Hello, and I'm glad to be here. I like the name of the forum, its cute. I'm here for honest and loving support to give and receive. This battle of the bulge is hard for us women and I can say it because I've been dealing with it for years and just got it pretty much in control, I say pretty much because right when you think you have it beat it laughs at you, so here I am to stay on track and learn new things.
I picked my name because I love looking at myself, always have, more so again that I've lost a lot of weight.
Well, if you have any questions or whatever feel free to post it here or send me a private message and I'll respond as soon as I can.
Everybody please be encouraged and know that you will lose the weight and gain that self confidence back again, if that's what you're seeking, but remember that faith is the key.

Hi Mirrors, I too am new here. I have read these boards for many, many months and finally have had enough with not doing anything.

You are doing great!! Wow, you must be so proud to have lost 100 pounds! Way to go! I hope you find your groove here, and from what I have read, there is plenty of praise and encouragement here.

I made one up.

I can give it in full detail if you really want to know, I don't want to go on and on sounding like a dictator This plan gives you willpower, honest, I lost 35lbs. the first month, I know I shouldn't say that, but I had to do what I had to do. Plus I don't want to get in trouble with the Admins posting my crazy diet, so if I can freely I will be glad to tell everyone how to do it.
