Hi! I have over 100 pounds to lose
Hello, I have promised myself today that I will be at goal one year from today. My starting weight is 257, my goal is 125, that is about 2.5 pounds a week. It is going to take dedication and consistancy, but I know I can do this. I have acomplished so much in my life, and this is not that complicated. It is just a matter of making the effort and time for myself. I can do it!!

Hi Tina - just wanted to wish you luck on your journey. I am in the same boat only a little taller (5'7") I've given myself the same timeframe to reach my goal and have started out by spending "me" time on the treadmill everyday and slowly working my way up to an hour. Best of luck. Jen

Welcome Tac125 & Slimjem!
You both sound very motivated and so I doubt you will have a problem at all on your journey! Of course the occasional slip up is perfectly normal!
In anycase, best of luck to you both!!!
What plans are you two on?

Welcome to both of you... I've been dropping into this site for 6-7 weeks, lost 11 pounds, read a ton of advice, inspiration and support... I like to drop in at least once a day. I always find something/someone new.... I think you'll be glad you found it.

I am not even going to think about slips, and if/when they happen I am going to just get over it.
