I'm 24 years old and have had it with being overweight. I was always thin when I was younger, but about the time I finished high school I really started to pack on the pounds.
My lifestyle sucks, I eat crap food (like lots of mickey d's lol) I smoke a pack a day and I NEVER work out. Every time I've tried to revamp my life from this to a healthy one, I get overwhelmed and end up giving up.
I found this website and thought it would be nice to talk with other women who are just starting a healthy lifestyle or who have been successful for motivation, support and maybe a little good old fashioned whining (lol, I promise, not too much)
I look forward to making new friends and hopefully sharing a success story someday.
As you will soon find out, 3FC is a wonderful place. There are amazing people to share with, great resources and most of all friendly people willing to offer support or motivation whenever you need!!!
