Hi everyone!
I joined this site a while back but never got started on weight loss. I actually gained back what I'd lost - oh well. I have about 45 lbs of weight I really want to get off of me - permanently. Time to start over again. I exercised this morning, found this site and put up a blog. I'm really excited about getting started again.
I've been in school and it has been total stress and drudgery the last year especially. But, I'm graduating next week, have a new job, taking a great vacation and all of the sudden life is getting exciting again!
I think I'm motivated and have the time and emotional energy to spend in changing my habits. At least until I start the new job. I'm using this site to keep me focused and to get inspiration from others to keep exercising and eating right. If I can buddy up with others it will be fun. In any case I will be reading and responding and posting regular rants and raves on my blog in lieu of snacking on chips!
