Hello everyone, I am new at this whole thing. Im 21 and very ovreweight. I have always looked forward to being 22 for some reason, however my dreams of being twenty two also involed being 75 pounds thinner. I am hoping that witin the year of being 22 I can make that dream come true. Definately going to need some support. Looking forward to joining the ranks of the (weightloss) losers.
I am a newbie also and i am 52 and need to loose 150 i have 6 pounds gone in 2 weeks and the doc says that is good and for me to keep loosing this amount surely but truly and i like it this way. it make take me a while to lose the amount i need to ,take it one step at a time ,and have a doc check you out before starting .......
We're so glad you found us! Head on over to the 20-somethings forum. There is also a club called "That 70's show", for folks with about 70 lbs to lose. Post in either of those places, or wherever you like.
