Default Hi, I'm new here!

I have never been skinny...
Right now I am trying atkins and I am not doing very well. I keep bouncing the same 5 pounds up and down. I am very frustrated! My first gol is 20 pounds. My final goal is 40. I am not ready to give up, I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong! I did ******* last year and lost a whole lot of weight...then I fell off because I wanted more to eat...atkins seems to be the perfect plan yet, I cant get any real results yet...ughhh.
Anyway, I'm 38 and live in Pa...single mom...oh yea, I'm too fat!

hi! I'm new here too. I lost 15 lbs on Atkins one in about 2 months, but of course, gained it all back. I am trying to do the South Beach diet...but I haven't really got it down 100%..
