I currently live in Egypt. I am at my heaviest weight 207 lbs. and I plan on getting back into normal size clothes whatever that may be..
I plan to stick to walking 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. For the next month and then kicking up the speed if all goes well. I do use the treadmill.

hi Sara -- I'm guessing your weight is in kilos? There are lots of different forums -- by age, by the amount you want to lose, by the food plan you are following -- but everyone here, as far as I can tell, is really supportive and encouraging. (I love that!) Sounds like you have a healthy, do-able exercise plan. (Where are you in Egypt? Are your movements restricted at all, as a western woman?)

Oh about being in Egypt, it is really nice. I don't have to wear special clothes just dress modestly and I can get around alone with no problems. It's a very nice country to visit.
Hi Sara, and welcome to 3FC. Your exercise routine sounds like a great place to start. What type of diet are you using? I'm using a low carb diet, mainly meats, cheese, and vegetables. I'm sure that whatever diet your using, you'll do great!
