I am a 35 year old SAHM to a 16 month old. I've struggled on and off with my weight and yo yo dieting since I was 11. I'm done dieting and plan to use the Paul McKenna program called I Can Make You Thin.
Regardless of your weight loss program, I'd love some e-mail/online buddies who live anywhere in the world. I'd love to have regular check-ins and to provide each other with online support.
I would also love to meet some local people to work out with too, but that may not be so easy. I live in south Florida.
I've been watching the UK version of the program and I have the CD and book. There's actually a thread around here somewhere for people following ICMYT.
Yeah, several people have mentioned the Paul McKenna thing. I saw parts of two shows, and it sort of made sense to me. (I don't mean that in a derogatory way, I just didn't catch all of it!) I'm a couple states north of you in NC (almost SC). Welcome, Ann!
