. . . Don't worry, dieting doesn't work anyway. You've definitely got to change your eating habits and lifestyle not just cut down on the quantity of food. Cutting out sugar and limiting carbs is a good start . . . just be sure to incorporate lots of healthy, low fat protein and lots of high fibre fruits and vegetables.
