I started WW last Wednesday.
So tonight it the big weigh in. I hope I did good this last week. Starting this diet last week was hard for me. Breaking old habits. And starting new ones. But I got on track finally. I lost 80 pounds and kept it off for over 30 years. Then when I started the big M (menapause) the weight started to pile on. Then I got breast cancer. And was told that I would put more weight on. sniff sniff........... And I did 30 more pounds. I did ok with Chemo and I am here today to put smiles
on other faces. So finally I got it in my head to lose this weight. Taking time for me. And taking each day as a new day. Trying to be forgiving if I have a bad day.
