Default Don't you wish there was a spray for fat b gone?

Hi I'm Heather - long story short been pretty big my whole life but finally at 27 taking some positive steps to hopefully kick it for good. I've bounced betwen 180-240 for my adult life and hoping to be done with the yo yo pattern. Currently seeing a therapist to deal with the emotional side and to gain some perspective (yeah sometimes I pretend I'm Tony Soprano so I feel cooler going to see the doc).
There's a lot to take in here on the forums but hope to catch on pretty soon to get and give help/support. I'm all about the mini-goals right now, I may never reach 160, not sure what my body really needs to be at but I will keep excersing and eating healthy until we figure it out. Going for 10lb increments right now.
Off to the gym now while motivation is still going strong :-)

Welcome Heather. I do wish weight loss was simple but would we appreciate it if it were?

Hmm... That spray idea sounds so good, I think I could definitely appreciate it! (But not be proud of it.) Your plan sounds very healthy, Heather -- welcome and good luck!

. . . Oh HEATHER . . . wouldn't it be wonderful if something like "Fat B Gone" really existed. Afraid all the things currently on the market are probably better named "Money B Gone".

Anyway, Chickie, you are definitely headed in the right direction and with the right attitude as well. Every journey begins with the first step and then we just have to keep on putting one foot in front of the other. The big picture can be so very traumatizing. The 'ten pounds at a time' outlook is so much more realistic.

Good luck to you.
