Smile Hi! I'm new...
Hi everyone! I'm new to 3FC and so far I'm loving it! This is just the type of support I need.

I lost 24 pounds 2 summers ago, and after a COLD winter, realized that I had gained 20 of them back. So. I am going to make it stick this time. I graduate in June and want to start my post-college life happy and healthy!

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

hi Jessica, and welcome! Look around; you might like the age-related forums or one connected to the food plan you want to do. What are your plans for food and exercise?
