HI, I'm Sandee from Cea HOW
My name is Sandee from Michigan Cea HOW. I've been in the program for 3 years and lost 70lbs and have kept it off for just over 2 years now. I'm still amazed when I pull my jeans out of the dryer...I go...Yes! These little clothes are mine. I went into Cea HOW weighing about 199...I had gotten up to 205 at one point...not that there's really much of a difference there. I was busting out of size 18 jeans and XL shirts. Today I maintain 130lbs...within 3lbs...I wear size 2 and 4 pants and small and med shirts. I eat great and am not longer obsessed with food...I enjoy it...but I don't obsess about it. I feel safe, happy, healthy and energetic...the future looks bright and I'm happy and grateful for the life I lead. The biggest gift has been sifting through my emotions, and being true to myself...I lived my life to please other people...then resented them for it. I see life today as a beautiful treasure to be lived and enjoyed...and I see myself as valuable, worthy, loving and lovable. This program has definitely been a gift from God! I like this web site and hearing how other people are doing it too...it's very inspiring and motivating!
