Hi,
Iam Amna. Iam overwieght by some 80-90 pounds. On my 5 feet height, i have some 220 pounds. i need to lose around 60 pounds. Iam 38 years old. I need your moral support

hi and welcome to the forums.. we are all here with a common goal and i wish you a great journey. there is a huge amount of info on the site,, I am a calorie counter and that works really well for me slow and steady weight loss .. but i hope its something that can last forever.. So find something you can stick to and you will loose the weight
