New All Over Again
I hope it's okay to post this here. If there's a reintroduction thread, I'll happily move this.
I joined 3FC over a year ago when I started on a weight loss journey, and lost about 60 pounds in about 6 months. But then I stopped visiting here and other weight loss support sites, and at the same time fell back on old habits, and then it was the holidays, and before I knew it I was gaining the weight back. Eventually I gained back almost 30 pounds, or half of what I'd lost. I was totally bummed about that.
But! I've recently started back on a healthier eating plan and exercising again, and have lost 10 pounds. Today I went on a 30 minute walk, and as I was walking I thought, I should really get back on 3FC again. So I'm reintroducing myself here, and hope that this time my diet will stick! I have a lot of weight to lose, so I know this is going to be a long-term commitment.
