hey y'all, I did it! Luckily I keep my gym clothes/shoes in my car so I was able to just head over there. When I was in the changing room, I was like "Wow I'm actually here!" And it really took little to no effort getting myself there! Just a thought and I stuck with it.

Then I did the Treadmill for my cardio and some upper body free weights. Now i can move on with my next treadmill workout tommorrow (I'm going to do Speed Intervals) and do some leg exercises and do my abs! Yay! That will be awesome, cuz if I would of skipped tonights exercise I would have to do what I did tonight tommorrow then I wouldn't be doing tomorrow's exercise till Sunday or Monday!

Hi,

Just walked 35 minutes tonight, though this is the first time I have exercised all weekend. But I did it. I have to cut down much more on my food, but at least I walked today!!
