Hello. My name is June and I'm a bit ashamed to admit that I have regained all but two of the 45 pounds I'd lost in 2004 using the then new Flex Plan. And to think that I was one of those people who, once I got to my goal weight, said I would never let myself get back up in my weight. This is a testiment to the necessity of staying on a maintenance plan once the weight comes off.

Good news is that I know I can do this! I've done it before using this plan, and I'll do it again!

My DH is on this journey with me again as well -- which adds a bit more work to planning -- but also helps me to stay OP.

I'm new to this board and hope to give and get support from fellow members.
