I almost to my end of my program. Not going to make my goal, but still feel good about the weight I have lost.

I want to quit using the lites, what can is use as good alternatives to eating lites or any weight loss bar?

Also, think I'm getting bored with diet since I haven't been loosing in quit a while. Need help with snack attacks on things I shouldn't have.

Hey there Walkinway!

You don't say what program you're using, but if you check out the Diet Central area you may be able to find some help.

Around here we're famous for calling all of this a "lifestyle change", because we don't want to be on diets. We're doing this forever. If you're getting bored, perhaps a little change in routine will help out.

Please have a look around & post where you're comfortable!

Thanks I'll do some checking around. I am on LA weightloss and on the blue program. I'm a nightshift worker and that is the one they chose for me.
