I don't know how many of you remember me, but I was here for awhile, lost 25ish lbs, and then lost all motivation and willpower. Well, I am more than ready to keep losing, and I need to keep coming here because it was a big factor in helping me lose last time!
Over the summer, when I lost all my weight, I was counting calories. I don't know if I can go that route again! So, I'm going to have to be on the lookout for a new program. I also need to make a gym schedule and start working out again! I want a body to be proud of, not a body I want to hide.
Oh, and my name is Kayla and I'm 20 years old.
ETA: I'm going to have to step on the scale tomorrow morning and change all my signature stats accordingly
so we will see how that goes!
