Default I'm New Here

I wish I could say I am new to dieting but I'm not. I am very interested in reading about how others are losing weight. I'm addicted to food. I just love it! I'm trying out Weight Watcher's because I feel more in control over the foods I get to eat. I didn't actually join it. I just figured out the calculations and made an excel spreadsheet. So, I'm definitely open to seeing what is working for other people because I'm not set on one specific diet plan.

I'm a full-time Administrative Assistant and a part-time student. I SIT A LOT! I'm trying to get motivated to exercise but that hasn't really worked out. Ha-ha. It's a good thing I'm on here now. Hopefully I'll be able to stick to a diet and workout routine while meeting other people going through the same thing.

If anyone has good advice, I'm open.

Florida. You might want to spend some time reading the different forums to find what's best for you. Good luck you're going to do great.

Hi and welcome!

Have you found the WW threads here at 3FC? They are a wonderfully supportive bunch.

Hey Florida!

Yes, what SusanB said! We have a great Weight Watchers forum, and several folks on there do the program at home or unofficially, so you may want to check it out!

Otherwise, settle in and keep posting! If you're interested in starting an exercise program, maybe check out the "Exercise" forum...we have a daily accountability thread where you post what fitness activities you completed. It can be a great motivator. Or, decide on some little rewards for yourself for sticking with your fitness aims...either way, get out there and get moving.

Can't wait to get to know you better soon!
