Hi all. My name is Amanda, I'm nineteen, and as I was browsing Google I ran across this site and thought, "Hmm, that would probably be good for me." So I joined. I haven't really read any other introductory posts so I'm not really sure what's supposed to go in here, I just figured it would probably be best to start out with a post in the introductions area of the boards.

Have you thought of any food or exercise plans? There are lots of sections about how to go about being healthier. (And plenty of people to answer questions about how certain plans work and how they find them.)
