Hi! My name is Mary and I am new to this. I know what it is I need to do, DIET AND EXERCISE, and sometimes I'm good with it and sometimes I'm not so I tend to yo-yo. I am hoping that maybe joining this can help give me the support to stay strong!!! I am a vegetarian so sometimes the dieting is easier, but it is also suprisingly much harder at times! My winter pounds have definately been packing themselves on, so its time for a change!!
