Default My way of saying hi to all

Good Morning

My name is Rhonda, and I wanted to introduce myself to you.

I need help when it comes to different excercises. I just began to walk, which for a fat old girl is good, but I know I need something to help with the jello arms, legs, and butt.

Please help me. I am open to all ideas, and need alot of encourgment, along with a good dictionary for spelling.

I am so happy to have found this community, and look forward to meeting people along with losing the weight. O one more thing..I am diabetic, and take insulin so there may be days you don't hear from me but I will be around when ever I can.

Nice to meet you all, and here's to us for doing such a good job at keeping healthy and happy.

Hey Rhonda!

Watching your weight with Diabetes comes with its own challenges...have you visited the "Diabetes Support" forum yet? You can talk to others in the same situation.
