Too much "extra love" for me...
That's what my boys call it. Years ago, my 5 yr old DS said "mom, you're fat". Without even thinking about it, his 7 yr old brother defended me with "you're not fat, mom, you're just extra full of love". Had to be one of the sweetest things he's ever said, but now 2 more babies later... I need to get rid of some of this "extra love". I'm a 41 year old mom of six, ages 18, 16, 9, 8, 4 and 16 months. I had rejoined LAWL in July and lost some but then have had a rough couple of months and now they are closing and I'm on my own. Right now I weigh about 208 and I'm 5'4". My goal weight is 155, but my dream weight is 135. I got down to 160 years ago and felt good there. I'm going to make some mini-goals, the first being to get under 200. We belong to Lifetime Fitness and I need to haul my big ole behind up there, if only to get on the treadmill. I'm going to have to put some thought into how I'm going to do this since my weightloss center closed, but I WILL do it! I'm glad I found this site for support. Here's to a Take it off '08!
