and my new years resolution is to lose 107% of my current weight!

I am very excited to be here, and to be a part of this community.

I tried south beach once in the past and I was actually successful for a time. One bagel ruined it all, but this time I am going to stay away from the bagels and not give up if I slip up.

So 2008 will be a new beginning for me, with the help of south beach and everyone here, I know it will be a great year!

Aparently I do horrible math... If I lost 107%, i'd be less than nothing! I bet my knees would feel better.

I need to lose 52%

but I weigh 107% more than what I should.

I'm not sure how that works out exactly, but he said so.

Those are some motivating #'s.

I see you've found the South Beach threads already, but don't be afraid to post wherever you'd like. In fact you'll find support for South Beach in the weight training threads and in maintainers ... how's that for encouraging? Some successful maintainers have used the same diet you've chosen.
