Hello Everyone, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all

This is my first post and I just wanted to say that I'm soooo glad to have stumbled across this wonderful looking forum (google does have it uses afterall!!).

Good Luck to you all in your quest to losing the evil flab, I know I need all the luck I can get!! Hopefully with this board it will be a little bit easier

I've been at 3FC so long I don't remember how I got here!
